【明報專訊】 迪士尼 與 彼思 PIXAR 攜手炮製暑期動畫《五星級大鼠》（Ratatouille），上周五在美國開畫，首日票房收1660萬美元（約港幣1.3億元），險勝提早兩日上映的《虎膽龍威4》，成為單日開畫票房冠軍，難為布斯韋利士（Bruce Willis）跟Maggie Q在片場打生打死，結果周五收1060萬美元（約港幣8300萬元）只能屈居亞軍。


不過，相比彼思過去推出的暑期動畫，包括《海底奇兵》及《反斗車王》等，《五星級大鼠》首日開畫數字猶有不及，都說今年美國暑期電影競爭激烈，又一例證。

《五星級大鼠》故事講述原居於法國的老鼠 Remy，天生嘴刁為食，最大志願是成為5星級大廚。為了達成理想，Remy決定搬到巴黎一間頂級餐廳的地下水渠居住，然後進行連串偷師、偷食大行動，結果搞到全城哄動，究竟他能否願望成真？

A rat named Remy dreams of becoming a great French chef despite his family's wishes and the obvious problem of being a rat in a decidedly rodent-phobic profession.



When fate places Remy in the sewers of Paris, he finds himself ideally situated beneath a restaurant made famous by his culinary hero, Auguste Gusteau.




Despite the apparent dangers of being an unlikely - and certainly unwanted - visitor in the kitchen of a fine French restaurant, Remy's passion for cooking soon sets into motion a hilarious and exciting rat race that turns the culinary world of Paris upside down.

首席導演 Brad Bird﹐　驟看可能陌生﹐但是有看過「超人特工隊」the incredibles ﹐還沒有忘記罷﹐就是他的舊作。　今次又再操刀製作暑期動畫片﹐不容錯過!


在網上找到﹐得知八月二日在香港上映﹐粵語版由﹐張柏芝、鄭中基、梁漢文﹐負責配音(鮮奶片段) ﹐不過我會選擇原裝英語版﹐但要找找邊間戲院﹐還有是就不就腳。

Ratatouille may be served as a meal on its own (accompanied by rice, potatoes, or simple French bread), or as a side dish. Tomatoes are a key ingredient, with garlic, onions, zucchini (courgettes), eggplant (aubergine), bell peppers (capsicum), some herbes de Provence, and sometimes basil. All the ingredients are sautéed in olive oil. Ratatouille is sometimes used as a filling for savoury crepes.

後記:
看了狄士尼的動畫﹐「五星級大鼠」 Ratatouille ﹐ 一貫狄士尼出品﹐沒有大奸打惡﹐舒舒服服的看動畫。其中老鼠大廚師 Remy﹐要泡製美食﹐給食評家品嘗﹐而 Remy 所烹調的 Ratatouille 只是簡單的蔬菜的材料﹐但簡簡單單的﹐最觸動食評家的味蕾﹐是令他回憶起童年吃過的 Ratatouille ﹐再引起他美好的童年回憶! Bingo !!!
